A distracting mishmash of colors and ideas: justice standing on some devil head and yakking up the eye of Horus whatever it is on U.S. tender, and eagle with a gas mask, laurels (?) on a dirty wall, and a cross on a bank. Your run of the mill religion and government is evil protest piece. Thus is the problem with art as commentary: you need to include so much imagery and interaction that the purely visual aspect can suffer.
