The Tv seems to be battling with the antenna and perhaps the concentric circles for focus here, but I think the TV wins out because of its colorness (new word). The album title as a pun on the Nickelodeon series, and the font hint at the content of the music. I couldn’t find the tracklisting, but I’m willing to bet the covers are mostly more than a decade old.
